Besiktas Academy has established, documented and implemented its Training Management System (TMS) concerning the education and training services provided in compliance with applicable requirements of IMO-STCW, applicable international conventions, industry standards.
Establish and maintain an effective training management system, which as minimum requirement complies with the IMO-STCW 1978, as amended, and the “ABS Guide for Certification of Maritime Education Facilities & Training Courses” as well as industry standard. Provide and maintain a working environment that encourages all employees to improve and utilize their management skills.
Besiktas Academy is committed to: Providing quality maritime education & training. Providing learners with education & training services meeting or exceeding their needs, as well as international, national and other requirements. Continually reviewing its performance as against its learners’ expectations and regulatory requirements or industry recommendations and take actions towards continual improvement.
Our Training Center for Maritime Professionals is a Certified Training Institute in accordance with ABS G-CMET. A certificate confirming compliance “Certificate of Compliance” (CoC) with the requirements of “ABS Guide for Certification of Maritime Education Facilities & Training Courses” will be issued to Besiktas Academy by ABS upon completion of certification and verification applicable audit(s).
